Do you feel tied to your social media networks? What problems did you face before meeting Social Piper? Piper?
We already had social media but we really didn’t know how to take advantage of our accounts. The content did not have a clear sequence, much less a defined strategy. There were even times when we couldn’t come up with content to post about. In that first moment, Social Piper helped us keep our social media always active with content specific to our business, using their creative center tool.
Another problem we had at the beginning was that we had no idea when to post our content. We didn’t really understand the importance of scheduling and finding the best time to post. With the guidance of Social Piper, we can now be sure that our content is not only the right one, but that it is published at the best time.
What have you achieved with Social Piper?
When I came to DVA I didn’t know how to develop different communication objectives with different social media channels. Now Social Piper gives me the flexibility to pursue different positioning objectives as a company. On Linkedin we are positioning ourselves as a great place to work and on Facebook and Instagram we are seeking to be recognized by our end customers. Being a facilitator of raw materials, I strive to make the core task of our sales team easier by making sure our end customer has previously heard about our company.
Another advantage of having Social Piper as a tool for my work is that it allows me to make my work more visible. Social Piper helps me show my team leader in just one place what we’re developing at the marketing level, how we’re investing, and what we’re achieving. Demonstrated with clear metrics, numbers, and actions.
I am not a graphic designer nor am I interested in being an influencer. It’s impossible to do everything by myself. Social Piper is my working tool. I rely on the templates proposed by the creative hub to generate quick material, and I use the calendar to know when to post. Social Piper has become an essential tool for my work. “I can’t imagine being enslaved, publishing all day, 24 hours would never be enough.”
Has something changed about the way you think of your business after joining Social Piper?
“People like to see.” As a business, we now understand the importance of showing who we are not only as a product but as a company. We make many efforts at the social level, for example, both donations of medical material and supplies to combat COVID; and thanks to Social Piper we have discovered the importance of keeping our community informed about what we are developing. Show our core, stay relevant and talk about our brand values.
Actually, it’s not just about setting your social networks. With Social Piper we have understood that social media channels are useless if you do not use and maintain them frequently. Social Piper spreads our efforts, proposing the best campaign strategy for our business.
Which challenges are you currently facing?
I must improve my Piper Score. I want to know what I have to do at all times. Do I have to post more? Do I have to post at another time? How do I improve the definition of my audience? We want to achieve the best possible result, grow our brand recognition, and make sure that our sales team is getting the help they need.
